VISA information
Participants coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese embassy/consulate in their country. Please check visa requirements on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
If necessary, the congress committee will provide the “Invitation Letter” to participants who have completed the registration. If you need an Invitation Letter for attending JRC2017, please contact us (jrc2017@convention.co.jp).
Note that it is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa.
